Thank you for your interest in the Master Players Concert Series! We look forward to seeing you at our events this season. The health and safety of the UD community and guests are top priorities.
From September 10th, the University of Delaware (UD) requires that all participants (age 12 and older) attending events hosted by the University provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR coronavirus test taken within 72 hours of the event.
When you attend any in-person Master Players Concert Series event, you will need to follow these guidelines:
All audience members must arrive with the UD Health Check questionnaire completed: http://covidcheck.udel.edu/. You will be asked to show your “green check” or “green ticket” (on phone or printed) indicating approved access to staff at the door of the event.
Non-UD faculty, staff and student audience members (12 and up) are required to show proof (email, text, letter; hard copy or digital) of complete vaccination OR a negative PCR Covid-19 test in the previous 72 hours at the door to event staff before entrance. Documentation can be uploaded in advance using the UD Health Check (http://covidcheck.udel.edu/) and selecting "visitor". UD faculty, staff & students can show their UD ID at the door to waive this step.
You must arrive masked, covering your nose and mouth, and remain masked throughout your entire time on campus.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before performance start time. Those requiring wheelchair seating or other accessibility accommodations may arrive earlier than 15 minutes before.
Everyone must exit Gore Recital Hall and the Center for the Arts as soon as the performance has ended.
VACCINATION AND TESTING GUIDELINES
"Full vaccination" means that guests must have received their final COVID-19 vaccine dose at least 14 days in advance of the UD event they are attending. Authentic proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test will be accepted as long as the test was taken within the specified 72 hour period through a medical or accredited company; please note that "at home tests" will not be accepted.
Face masks are required at all times while indoors except when consuming food or beverage. Prolonged periods of mask removal indoors are not permitted. While children under the age of 12 do not need to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry, they will be required to wear a face mask while attending any UD event.
The University will continue to re-evaluate its event attendance policy in consultation with public health guidance. For more information about UD's health and safety guidelines, please visit www.udel.edu/coronavirus.
